Our Polices

The equipment purchased from BAYTECK has been inspected by our service department and approved for 30-day warranty coverage. What is covered? No charge, 100% covered on all hardware, parts, and labor. If any component proves faulty on your used equipment purchased from BAYTECK, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

BAYTECK shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product we sold. Items listed are subject to availability. Typos may occur. Please e-mail, call or fax to confirm the product description, availability and pricing you are interested. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags voids the customer warranty. Should it become necessary to return the product, the purchaser will pay the costs to return the item and BAYTECK will pay the costs to ship the replacement. If the item returned cannot be repaired or exchanged, BAYTECK reserves the right to replace the equipment with something similar, of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover items, which are normally replaced periodically or consumed during the life of the equipment. Items not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries, ribbons, software, and printer cartridges.

BAYTECK guarantee: If you find a better price on any of the items we currently have in stock, we shall beat it.
